PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

• Kindly give us 1-3 days from the confirmation of your order to finish the whole process – graphic design and badge production. We will notify you [ if ] we are experiencing delays due to the volume of orders that we have at the moment.
• Most orders require design approval before we can start production. Any delay on the design approval on the part of the client will cause delay in processing time.
• Kindly advice us on when you need the party favors. This will give us an idea on how urgent your need for these are.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

• Unfortunately, we cannot refund or cancel any custom or personalized orders. Hence, we ask our clients to triple check all the info on the badges before we start production.
