- Should you wish a different design or are not satisfied with what I made, just ask me to make a new one, by GOD's grace. I'd be happy to make you one.

•    Kindly give us 1-3 days from the confirmation of your order to finish the whole process – graphic design and badge production. We will notify you [ if ] we are experiencing delays due to the volume of orders that we have at the moment.

•    Most orders require design approval before we can start production. Any delay on the design approval on the part of the client will cause delay in processing time. 

•    Kindly advice us on when you need the party favors. This will give us an idea on how urgent your need for these are. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or cancel any custom or personalized orders. That is why we ask our clients to triple check all the info on the badges before we start production.
